Renovation of this beautifully restored Marche holiday rental villa was completed in June 2007. It boasts stunning views over Marche countryside and the Sibillini mountains and has a large floodlit pool.

Views from the covered portico and first floor terrace are truly breathtaking, with most of the Sibillini mountain chain in full view - including Monte Sibilla and Monte Priora from which the villa takes its name - with the medieval hilltop town of Amandola nestled invitingly below.

The separate converted barn to the side of the main property has a separate double en suite bedroom and living room with fully fitted kitchen, which can be rented with the main property or on its own if the main property is not in use.

Great walking from your doorstep and a large lawned garden bordered by woodland below. The nearest restaurant is a 20 minute walk or a very short drive and the nearest bar a five minute drive.

Amandola and Comunanza are both a ten minute drive and have a good range of bars and restaurants as well as shops, gelatarias, banks and a hospital.
